Courses Set, Athletes Ready, but the Wind Holds Back as Day 2 Ends Without Racing.
The waiting game continued on Day 2 here in Hvide Sande, Denmark, as competitors hung out with hopes of getting some racing in the afternoon. Early on, the wind began to show signs of promise, and both courses were prepped for action. Athletes took to the water for some final tuning, getting a feel for the local conditions and making last-minute adjustments.
However, despite the race committee’s anticipation and preparation, the wind failed to improve to favorable levels, and racing was ultimately called off for the day. The competitors remain eager, and with promising forecasts ahead, they’re ready to seize the next opportunity for action. Stay tuned for what’s to come!
