ROUGH START STRONG FINSIH ON DAY3 IN GERMANY

Day 3 of the 2024 IFCA Slalom Foil World Championships in Sankt Peter-Ording began with challenging weather conditions. Rain and stormy winds marked the morning hours, making for a tough start for competitors and organizers alike.

Despite the initial adverse weather, the determination of both the race management and the competitors shone through. By midday, while the wind remained strong and the sailing conditions rough, the races pressed on. The afternoon saw a transformation in the atmosphere as the sun came out, drawing a large crowd to the beach. Spectators eagerly watched the thrilling races, adding to the vibrant energy of the event. The Bonairian Amado Vrieswijk showcased exceptional skill and dominance throughout both eliminations, securing victories in both rounds. The high stakes and intense competition among the top sailors left no room for error, heightening the challenge as they navigated the waves.
