Get ready to rig up and hit the chops because the upcoming IFCA Class windsurfing season is gearing up to be an exhilarating ride! With a schedule of five Class Championships, including two exciting new venue locations, this season promises thrills and challenges for windsurfing enthusiasts worldwide.

Kicking off the action-packed season is the premiere of the European Champion Title for Marathon Long Distance racing in the stunning Netherlands. From June 5th to 9th, athletes will converge on the island of Texel for an unforgettable experience of day and night racing, setting the stage for an epic summer ahead.

As we move into mid-June, the spotlight shifts to the cozy Peljesac peninsula in south Dalmatia, where Juniors, Youth, and Masters will be treated to exhilarating racing in panorama views between islands, both on Fin and Foil. Expect laid-back vibes, delicious Dalmatian cuisine, and fierce competition as athletes vie for victory.

The excitement continues to build as we approach mid-summer, with the focus shifting to the Foil Worlds in the brand-new venue of St. Peter-Ording, Germany. From July 11th to 14th, prepare for pure foil slalom racing action on the west coast, guided by the expertise of choppy water gmbh and the organizers of the German national multi-van windsurf cup series.

But that’s just the beginning! The second half of the season promises even more excitement, with the Senior European Slalom Championships heating up the waters of Alacati, Turkey, recognized as a world-class slalom paradise, this event attracts top-tier talents eager to claim victory.

Finally, the season is expected to end with a groundbreaking finale in Denmark. The Fin Only Slalom Worlds Grand Slam will bring together athletes from all divisions, converging on the windsurfing haven of Hvide Sande. The area around Ringkøbing Fjord in general – has been known for decades as one of the prime windsurfing destinations of Northern Europe.This innovative concept underscored the IFCA Class’s commitment to pushing boundaries towards scheduling unparalleled racing experiences.

With multiple official class titles up for grabs, including in the dynamic discipline of freestyle managed by the EFPT, this season is set to be one of the most thrilling yet. So, gear up, get ready, and prepare to experience the competitive side of windsurfing in the upcoming IFCA Class season!
