The 2025 IFCA European Championships Slalom Fin & Foil continue in perfect form at Circolo Surf Torbole, under the authority of the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV) and in collaboration with IFCA. Contrary to forecasts, the wind did not build as strongly as expected, so the Race Committee resumed competition with the Foil discipline, taking advantage of sunshine and a steady 12-knot Ora breeze. Two more Men’s Foil eliminations and six additional Women’s races were completed, bringing the women’s total to twelve.
The Deen Johan Søe (DEN 37) remains in the overall lead after receiving redress for damage sustained during the first semifinal. He now holds a 6.6-point advantage over Jordy Vonk (NED 69), with Mathis Alexis (FRA 997) in third.
Close behind are Fabian Wolf (GER 404) and Matthijs Pos (NED 318), the top Youth competitor.
Best Italian so far is Giacomo Barro (ITA 215), in seventh overall.

In the Women’s Foil division, Justine Lemeteyer (FRA 171) continues to lead thanks to her consistency, though Lina Eržen (SLO 51) gained ground with two race wins, narrowing the gap to just over seven points. Blanca Alabau (ESP 3) remains steady in third.

After three days of sunshine, reliable winds, and world-class racing, the event once again confirms Garda Trentino as one of the premier venues for international windsurfing.
