We have received several questions about the submission on the IFCA AGM.
It is not the intention of the IFCA Committee to change the formats we used in the last years. The majority of changes are required to adapt the documents to the current situation in slalom racing. The minimum wind limit remains at 11 knots.
With the Experimental Slalom Competition Rules (ESCR), as used last year, the rules have been simplified. The ESCR replace the Racing Rules of Sailing and the Windsurfing Competition Rules.
