DAY 3 SUNSHINE AND STEADY BREEZE BRING FOILING BACK IN TORBOLE

Day 3 of the 2025 IFCA European Championships Slalom Fin & Foil in Torbole, Garda Trentino brought sunshine and steady 12-knot winds for more foil racing. Johan Søe (DEN 37) remains in the lead, while Justine Lemeteyer (FRA 171) continues to top the women’s fleet. Racing continues through Sunday with strong southerly winds expected.

FOIL SLALOM OPENS THE EUROPEANS IN TORBOLE

The 2025 IFCA Fin & Foil Slalom European Championships kicked off in Torbole, North Lake Garda, hosted by Circolo Surf Torbole. With 70 competitors from 14 nations, Day 1 delivered exciting foil slalom racing after light morning winds gave way to perfect afternoon conditions — ending with six eliminations for women and two for men.
