Its a good beginning and I am happy with my performance today. I managed to stay focused throughout the day, the plan is to continue this way with positive energy as we have 4 more days to go. I am not worried about the end results too much, I just want to do my best, have fun and keep the focus. Also my season is going well and here in Denmark we have great slalom conditions with a high level competitors, especially the top 3 who are pushing very very hard. Anyway lets see what happens, I look forward to tomorrows conditions – windy & rainy – it will be challenging but I am ready for it.
Current Event Leader in the Women’s division | Jenna Gibson:
The conditions are really good, a bit gusty, but good enough to race. I am feeling Ok, I have been using my 7.7 all day, this morning I was on my 129ltr – to get me through the lulls. Later in the afternoon the wind picked up and I switched to my 114litr board. Its been fun and lets see how the rest of the week goes.
