FIRST CLASS SLALOM EVENT TO START IN GERMANY

46 competitors from 7 Countries are signed up for the 2018 IFCA Slalom European Championships to be held in Westerland, Sylt Germany from the 14th though the 21st of May.

Some of the Top Slalom Racing contenders attending are:
The strong young Francesco Scagliola from Italy, Enio dal Pont from the Netherlands, Damien Cervera from France, Mads Jepsen from Denmark and among the German toppers are Gunnar Asmussen, Nicolas Prien and Vincent Langer.

The forecast predicts suitable and strong winds conditions for Wednesday and Thursday, exciting slalom racing knock out eliminations are expected with an inscription list mixed with new talents and a strong local sailors.

Tomorrow is the official first competition day, with the skippers meeting scheduled at 09:00.
